                                                  1. Summary     

Well First of all we got to names: PPA (Penguin Power Army) and PPW (Penguin Power Warriors) We are a nation and a army like ACP. Our Elections are for all penguins when we have a poll up. PPA’s real name IS (Penguin Power Warriors Special Orps) but to be short we use PPW and its really our name now because everyone calls us that. When we merged with Tostadas we changed the name because Gph likes the mecsecan style and I like to put warriors on the end so we changed the name to Burrito Warriors.

   We control all of those servers by wars or invading. Everyone on this army and PPW is aloud to go on,or if you are our Allie you have to ask us for a Land Grant when we get a Land Grant from u we will Accept or Decline the Land Grant and we may have to go to war.

                                                  

                                                    3. Government

The Burrito Warriors is a Democratic Republic which means we are a  mix between Democracy (we elect or leaders) and a Republic(the people have a say,and we have votes for big decisions). Underneath are the ranks for the Government 

• President: This person fired from his or her position if  you are doing a bad job or making wrong decisions.
• Vice President(co Leader(s)): This person must be elected,but has no limit for time that he or she can serve. The only way to get a new  Vice President is that the President fires he or she.
• Senator/Consulate: These people must be elected . They can only serve for five months before coming back to citizens.
• Citizen (solider):Someone who isn’t elected just a citizen.

When making big decisions, everyone votes, but the officials in the government have more influence in the end.

Homeland Security: Torseymorsey,said53-These people are in charge of  getting patrols through at least once a day. They make sure that all Burrito warriors servers are patrolled and these penguins are the top patrollers.

Secretary of state (ambassador): xrayx,Lepom and Haunhaun1-these people are ambassadors who head the Foreign Affairs Department.

President Advisor: drago404-This person advises the Government.

8 Senators

To get a major bill passed, the senate must approve it 3/4 vote.

Then it will go to the Consulates, who must also pass it with 3/4 vote.

The parties allowed are:

• Democratic (Liberal)
• Republican (Conservative)
• Independant

There will be elections every 4 months, and unless the Branch gets dissolved by order of the President, it is always active.

The President is the Congessional Leader, and will moderate all discussions and sessions.

Only Burrito Warriors  citizens are allowed to run.

Certain Senators and Consulates will be placed on Commitees in order to focus on certain issues.

 

                                                     4. Citizens & Elections

Citizens:To become a citizen, all you have to do is join. Here are a few rewards citizens get:

• Citizens get to vote
• In coin lotteries,citizens get to choose 2 numbers,and everyone else only gets to choose 1.
• Citizens are more respected and listened to withing the burrito warriors  and any nonmember Burrito warriors
• Much more!

Elections: To choose leaders, we hold elections. We hold an election every four months, and the winners get a rank in the Government. Here is what happens in elections:

• Everyone submits their name if they want to be elected.
• We hold several polls, and the winners from each poll go on to the next round (Semi-Finals). Anyone in the Semi-Finals is automatically going to have a rank in the Government.
• The two, three or four winners of the Semi-Finals go on to the Finals. Everyone else gets a rank in the Government. The lowest scoring people are Senators, the middle people are Consulates, and the winners are in the Final Round.
• If two or more people are proven to be good candidates after the elections, we will have another election. To win, we must have at least 30 people voting. The winner must win by two thirds. If not, the two, or even three top people get to be Senators.

                                                   Allies and Enemies

If any of our allies are at war, we will do our best to help them, depending on the circumstances. If the war is between two allies, we will try to stop the conflict with diplomacy. If that fails, we will work to help whoever has the greater cause.
